Welcome to GribStream! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our API services ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.
Our Service allows you to access our API with a set amount of free usage ("Free Quota"). You may also purchase additional quotas ("Paid Quota") to extend your usage. Once your quota (free or paid) is exhausted, the Service will no longer process requests, and no additional charges will apply.
To use the Service, you must create an account and authenticate using an accepted authentication provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
By using the API, you agree to follow the usage guidelines and quotas specified in the Service documentation. Misuse of the API, including attempts to bypass quota limits or engage in prohibited activities, may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Service, we do not guarantee continuous availability. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.
We respect your privacy and only collect the necessary information to operate the Service, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GribStream will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
We are committed to providing a high-quality API service. However, if you encounter technical issues or feel that the service does not meet the advertised features and performance, we offer a refund policy under the following terms:
Refunds will only be considered if requested within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be granted in cases where:
Refunds will not be issued for "change of mind" or dissatisfaction with the product if no technical issues or misrepresentation are present.
Refunds will not be granted if the customer has consumed more than 20% of the purchased quota during the 7-day period.
Refunds will not be issued if the customer has violated the terms of service, including misuse or abuse of the API.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@gribstream.com within 7 days of purchase, providing your order number and a detailed description of the technical issue or misrepresentation encountered.
All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and you will be notified of the decision.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion for any violation of these Terms or if your quota is exhausted. You will not be charged beyond the amount you prepaid.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service after such changes will signify your acceptance of the new Terms.
