Weltweite Vorhersagen als JSON oder CSV: 40 Wettergrößen und 336 aktuelle Kombinationen aus Höhenstufe und Statistik, von Bodenwetter bis zu Atmosphärenprofilen.
Global deterministic ist die weltweite Konfiguration des Unified Model. Sie berechnet die physikalische Entwicklung der Atmosphäre auf 2.560 × 1.920 Gitterpunkten bei etwa 10 km Auflösung. Ein Lauf liefert ein deterministisches Szenario, keine kalibrierten Wahrscheinlichkeiten.
Temperatur, Taupunkt und Feuchte in 1,5 m Höhe; Luftdruck auf Meereshöhe; Wind in 10 m; Niederschlag, Schnee, Sichtweite, Wolken, Strahlung, Konvektion sowie Höhen- und Druckflächen. Auch die feuchtpotenzielle Temperatur auf Druckflächen ist enthalten. 3h_sum bezeichnet die Summe über die vorangegangenen drei Stunden.
Läufe um 00, 06, 12 und 18 UTC. Die 00/12-UTC-Läufe reichen bis +168 h: die meisten momentanen Felder stündlich bis +54, dreistündlich von +57 bis +144 und sechsstündlich von +150 bis +168. Kurze Läufe reichen seit Januar 2026 meist bis +69 h, zuvor bis +66. Strahlung und Intervallstatistiken können andere Zeitpläne haben.
Ein Zeitschritt beschreibt den Abstand der Prognosewerte, nicht die Bereitstellungszeit oder zeitliche Genauigkeit. Daten können erst Stunden nach dem Laufbeginn eintreffen. Das Diagramm zeigt geprüfte Beispiele: Maßgeblich sind die beschrifteten Intervallgrenzen, nicht die Segmentbreiten. Andere Wettergrößen können abweichende Schritte haben.

Mit runs vergleichen Sie Modellläufe, mit timeseries fragen Sie Zeitreihen ab. Übernehmen Sie name, level und info genau aus dem Inventar. Vorlaufzeiten lassen sich als Dauer filtern, etwa mit minLeadTime: "15m" und maxLeadTime: "15m" bei Viertelstundenprodukten. Summen und Statistiken beziehen sich auf das bezeichnete vorangegangene Intervall, nicht auf einen einzelnen Zeitpunkt.

Die Originalnamen bleiben erhalten: standard_name, ersatzweise long_name. Ebenso die Einheiten: Temperatur in K, Niederschlag in m, Raten in m/s, Druck in Pa und Anteile zwischen 0 und 1. Native Wahrscheinlichkeiten sind keine Prozentwerte. Druckflächen unterhalb des Modellgeländes liefern fehlende Werte.
Das Met Office hält Global- und UKV-Vorhersagen in einem rollierenden Zwei-Jahres-Archiv vor. Das ist die Aufbewahrungsgrenze der Quelle, nicht die bereits verfügbare historische Abdeckung in GribStream.
Einzelne Quelldateien oder Vorhersageschritte können fehlen. Das Archiv ist rollierend, nicht dauerhaft. Daten: Met Office, Lizenz CC BY-SA 4.0. GribStream ist vom Met Office unabhängig. Der Anbieter stellt den offenen Datenstrom ohne operative Unterstützung bereit und empfiehlt ihn nicht für geschäftskritische Anwendungen.
