Ozone concentration (ppb).
GribStream Code: aqmak
Operational source: GribStream serves NOAA/NCEP AQM data from NOMADS and makes ozone concentration and fine particulate matter forecast products available through coordinate-based API access.
Official references: NOAA NOMADS AQM data and NOAA Air Quality Forecast Guidance.
AQM Alaska is the Alaska regional slice of NOAA/NCEP Air Quality Model guidance. It focuses on pollutant guidance rather than a complete weather-model state.
In GribStream, AQM selectors expose ozone concentration and PM2.5 fields by coordinate, valid time, lead time, level, and averaging window. That makes the product usable in the same API workflow as NBM, GFS, HRRR, GEFS Chem, or UVI.
Use the Alaska domain when CONUS AQM is the wrong projection or footprint, especially for local air-quality guidance, fire-smoke context, transportation corridors, and community-scale exposure products in Alaska.
The dataset code aqmak keeps this regional grid separate from the other AQM domains. Use the related links below when your application needs a different regional domain or a broader atmospheric-composition context.
