Description

GEFS Chem étend la famille GEFS vers chimie atmosphérique et aérosols. Au lieu de se limiter à température, vent ou pression, il se concentre sur les champs liés à la composition de l'air et au transport de particules.

La sortie est utile quand le risque dépend de fumée, poussière, aérosols, polluants clés, visibilité ou atténuation du rayonnement solaire. Dans ces cas, une variable météorologique traditionnelle isolée ne suffit souvent pas.

Comme partie de la famille GEFS, le produit aide à raisonner sur l'incertitude du transport atmosphérique et de l'évolution chimique. Cela permet de comparer des scénarios possibles, pas seulement une trajectoire unique.

Dans GribStream, gefschem s'interroge comme n'importe quel autre dataset : coordonnées, plage temporelle et sélecteurs du catalogue, avec codes de variables et niveaux GRIB inchangés. Il convient aux produits de qualité de l'air, analyses environnementales et décisions où fumée, poussière, aérosols ou polluants changent le risque opérationnel.
