Périmètre actuel dans GribStream : icond2 fournit 63 champs source mono-niveau pour les huit cycles déterministes quotidiens, avec des échéances horaires de 0 à 48 h et cinq jours d'archive glissante. Le champ de temps présent WW débute à +1 h ; les autres champs actuels débutent à +0 h.

Licence : DWD autorise la réutilisation commerciale de ses géodonnées ouvertes sous CC BY 4.0 avec attribution. GribStream indique DWD comme créateur et renvoie vers les conditions officielles.

Description

ICON-D2 est le modèle à aire limitée de DWD pour la très courte échéance sur l'Allemagne et l'Europe centrale. Il appartient à la famille ICON et concentre le calcul du cœur dynamique non hydrostatique sur un domaine régional beaucoup plus fin.

Avec environ 2,2 km, ICON-D2 relève de la convection explicite. DWD souligne la convection profonde, les lignes de grains, l'écoulement sur relief complexe, le brouillard au sol, le Foehn, les vents descendants et les pluies provoquant des crues soudaines. Cela ne garantit pas l'emplacement exact de chaque orage, mais représente la convection plus directement qu'un schéma de maille grossière.

Les conditions initiales proviennent de KENDA, le système d'assimilation de données kilométrique de DWD. Son Local Ensemble Transform Kalman Filter associe observations récentes et ensemble à courte échéance afin de produire une analyse atmosphérique adaptée à la situation météorologique.

Le produit régulier couvre 43.18N-58.08N et 3.94W-20.34E : Allemagne, Pays-Bas, Belgique, Luxembourg, Suisse, Autriche, Danemark et parties de la France, de l'Italie, de la Tchéquie, de la Pologne et d'autres pays voisins. Le tableau compte 906 390 cellules, mais l'empreinte valide se rétrécit aux bords ; les cellules extérieures doivent être traitées comme manquantes.

L'inventaire icond2 associe météo de surface et contexte opérationnel riche. Le solaire dispose du rayonnement direct et diffus ; hydrologie et viabilité hivernale peuvent combiner précipitations, pluie, neige, ruissellement, hauteur et équivalent en eau de la neige et limite pluie-neige. SYNMSG_BT_CL_IR10.8 et SYNMSG_BT_CL_WV6.2 sont des diagnostics synthétiques, non des observations satellitaires.

ICON-D2 fournit un scénario déterministe de 48 h. Sa maille fine peut préciser effets du relief, lignes de convergence et bandes étroites, mais de faibles erreurs de position ou de temps restent déterminantes. Il faut l'associer aux observations, ensembles et modèles de plus grande échelle lorsque l'incertitude explicite ou une échéance plus longue est nécessaire.
